By booking your appointment you are agreeing to all terms and conditions. 1. A Non refundable and Non transferable deposit of $20 is required before booking an appointment to secure appointment‼️Cash app $Ivanj12 ‼️ Non-transferable means that the deposit can only be applied to appointments within the month that it was originally booked for. You may NOT carry a deposit into the following month via rescheduling. 2. The remaining balance is due at the end of service i accept CASH, and ZELLE‼️‼️No Cashapp ❌ 3. When booking please include all services necessary, to insure the price and time of your appointment. Appointment duration is an estimate, your appointment may be longer or shorter than the time listed. 4. Due to COVID-19, to ensure the safety, all clients are required to wear a mask . 5. NO extra guest ‼️ 6. PLEASE come detangled . If i have to detangle your hair it is an extra $30❕❗️❕ 7. There is a 15 minute grace period, anything after 15 minutes result to appointment being cancel . If i can accommodate you there is a $30 late fee. 8. AFTER HOURS FEE‼️‼️ is a extra $60 to your service anything after 6:00pm .. Anything after 6pm is an additional $150.. 9. For any further information, comments, or concerns. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect everyone’s time and ensure smooth scheduling, the following policies apply: • Cancellations or Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance** of your scheduled appointment. • Late cancellations will incur a **50% charge** of the scheduled service. • Late reschedules will also result in a **50% charge**, with the remaining balance due at the rescheduled appointment. • Same-day cancellations** will be charged **100%** of the scheduled service. • No-shows** will be charged **100%** of the service. Future bookings will be restricted until the fee is paid in full. Failure to pay may result in being **permanently blocked** from booking. * **All sales are final.** No refunds will be issued.
